To reserve an appointment, we require every client to place a working card on file along with a 50% deposit. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away then a secure link will be sent to your phone for you to input card info. This must be completed within 24 hours after you receive the link otherwise your appointment will automatically cancel. You will need to provide this information over the phone if your appointment is less than 24 hours away.
We kindly ask for a minimum 12-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise you will lose your deposit. Groups of 2+ people will require a 24 hour notice. There are no exceptions, so please plan accordingly. Your deposit is used to compensate our hard working service providers for lost time if you can't make your appointment. We value your business, but cancellations and no shows do cost us money and we are here to make a living. Thank you for understanding.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to use the restroom, choose scents (if applicable), settle in, and complete paperwork if you haven't already. This will ensure you receive your full service time. To be fair and courteous to other guests, no discounts or additional time will be given if you are late. Arriving at your scheduled time is considered late. Your appointment will be forfeited and you will lose your deposit if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not notify us.
Refunds will only be credited back as spa credit and great news - they never expire!
By confirming your appointment via text, email, or over the phone with a spa associate, you are stating that you have read and agreed to all of Serene Day Spa's policies.
