We require every individual to place a card on file along with a 50% deposit in order to reserve an appointment
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to use the restroom, choose scents (if applicable), settle in, and complete paperwork if you haven't already. This will ensure you receive your full service time. Please keep in mind that no discounts or additional time will be given if you are late. Arriving at your scheduled time is considered late. In the event that you are running late, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, so that we can try our best to make arrangements to accommodate you. Your appointment will be forfeited and you will lose your deposit if you are more than 15 minutes late and we didn't hear from you,
We kindly ask for a minimum 12-hour notice if you must reschedule or cancel your reservation. In the event that you reschedule or cancel outside of our cancellation window, you will lose your deposit. There is no exception. This fee is to compensate our hard working service providers. This cancellation policy also apply to groups of three or more with two exceptions. One - we ask for a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule. Second - should a single individual book as the party's point of contact they are accepting the financial responsibility for every person within the scheduled party.
Refunds will only be credited back as spa credit.
By confirming your appointment via text, email, or over the phone with a spa associate, you are stating that you have read and agreed to all of Serene Life Spa's policies.
